Essential Duties and Functions: (Duties written below are included but not limited to) 
Follow the service plan in providing services to residents. 
Perform medication administration per doctor’s order and per scope of practice. 
Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA regulations in accordance with the facility and state/federal policies. 
Assist in the development and updating of resident’s service plan. 
Monitor health, safety and well-being of residents. 
Perform a minimum of 1 hour per shift of LNA duties 
Maintain MNA and LNA licensure in good standing. 
Assists in completion of required documentation to meet federal/state and facility guidelines 
Assist residents with ADLs
