Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Service Technician to join our team at Preferred Choice Cleaning Services Inc. As a Lead Service Technician, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians in providing exceptional exterior cleaning services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of technicians in providing exterior cleaning services, including pressure washing and window cleaning.

  • Conduct site assessments to determine the best cleaning methods and equipment for each job.

  • Develop and implement cleaning plans to ensure high-quality results and customer satisfaction.

  • Train and mentor new technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

  • Monitor and maintain company equipment and vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.

  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and preferences and provide exceptional customer service.

  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve company goals and objectives.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • 2+ years of experience in exterior cleaning, including pressure washing and window cleaning.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights.

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Basic mechanical skills and ability to operate company equipment.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

  • Background check and drug test required.
