At Generation Auto Group, we are looking for a GMC Certified Technician to enhance our service department.

- Execute tasks outlined in the repair order efficiently, adhering to dealership standards.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and specialized service equipment to test components and systems; conduct vehicle test drives.
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems.
- Communicate effectively with the Service Advisor to keep customers informed about necessary additional services. Complete an online multi-point inspection report.
- Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
- GMC Certification is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as an automotive technician.
- Comprehensive knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service abilities.
- Team-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in computer use.
- Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
- Valid driver's license is mandatory.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
