Experienced Truck Body Production Specialist

We are seeking an experienced production specialist to join our team at Morgan Truck Body LLC, the largest truck body builder in North America.
Salary: $21.75/hour + $2.50/hour premium for 2nd shift, plus a potential $4,000 sign-on bonus for hires with 3+ years of manufacturing experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and assemble various truck body components and finished products
- Cut wood or metals to precise sizes using a range of saws, sheers, and cutters
- Fasten parts together with bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets, or fasteners
- Operate pneumatic tools and hand tools to complete tasks efficiently
- Perform setup and maintenance of equipment as required
- Inspect finished projects for quality and accuracy
- Conduct safety and quality checks throughout the production process
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in truck body production
- Basic math, tape measurement, and computer skills are essential
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and quality
- Previous experience working on truck bodies is highly desirable
