This private, concierge family medicine practice is seeking a Medical Assistant to join its team. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
The Medical Assistant will be responsible for back-office work, including triaging and rooming patients, measuring and recording patient vitals, administering immunizations, performing EKGs, and returning patient calls. They will also manage referrals and prescriptions, and perform other duties as requested.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years medical practice experience, proficiency in computer and EMR skills, and a strong communication style. They will be a team player, able to multi-task, and have an outgoing and friendly personality.
