- Collaborating to foresee business needs and crafting strategic plans to meet current and future objectives.
- Building robust relationships with leadership, employees, and stakeholders to effectively manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance coaching, and disciplinary actions.
- Planning, communicating, executing, and supporting HR initiatives such as talent development, career progression, diversity and inclusion, training, recruitment, and performance management.
- Creating and implementing strategies for employee engagement and retention.
- Anticipating HR-related requirements, leveraging business analytics, and proposing data-driven solutions to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic, and complex business environment, adept at managing multiple competing priorities efficiently.
- Proficiency in various HR functional areas, with foundational knowledge in disciplines such as talent development, performance management, employee relations, staffing, and compensation.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and resourcefulness in creating and implementing agile solutions that yield results.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, capable of partnering and coordinating with employees and leaders at all levels.
- Strong consultation and coaching abilities, with a focus on influencing and fostering effective relationships.
- Proficient project management skills, with the capability to identify critical tasks, set deadlines, and motivate teams to meet objectives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to navigate complex tasks and decisions.
- Strong business acumen, professional demeanor, and a commitment to ethical behavior.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in a government contracting environment.
- Familiarity with Deltek Costpoint and ADP systems.
