  • Creating and implementing strategies for employee engagement and retention.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic, and complex business environment, adept at managing multiple competing priorities efficiently.
  • Proficiency in various HR functional areas, with foundational knowledge in disciplines such as talent development, performance management, employee relations, staffing, and compensation.
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and resourcefulness in creating and implementing agile solutions that yield results.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, capable of partnering and coordinating with employees and leaders at all levels.
  • Strong consultation and coaching abilities, with a focus on influencing and fostering effective relationships.
  • Proficient project management skills, with the capability to identify critical tasks, set deadlines, and motivate teams to meet objectives.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to navigate complex tasks and decisions.
  • Strong business acumen, professional demeanor, and a commitment to ethical behavior.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in a government contracting environment.
  • Familiarity with Deltek Costpoint and ADP systems.
