Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team at Orion Talent. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for operating and programming CNC lathes and mills to produce high-quality precision parts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to guide machining operations
  • Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring accurate and efficient production
  • Utilize precision measurement tools, such as bore gauges and micrometers, to meet tolerance requirements
  • Clean and perform light maintenance on machinery
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production processes
Requirements
  • Experience with CNC equipment and/or machine shop experience
  • Impeccable attention to detail and mathematical fraction/decimal skills
  • Ability to use precision measurement tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Technical certifications or training in machining a plus
