Position Overview:
The Geospatial Imaging Analyst at Case Management Consulting will play a crucial role in a government initiative aimed at digitizing historical media across diverse formats. This innovative project will include the onboarding and training of new personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Gather images, metadata, ephemeris data, and geolocation data from U.S. space-based and airborne reconnaissance systems.
- Digitize and archive space-based and airborne film in multiple formats.
- Operate and maintain various film scanning equipment.
- Tag, index, and convert raw TIFF images into a variety of GEOINT file formats.
- Utilize and develop GEOINT file formats, such as TIFF, GeoTIFF, NITF, and NPJE.
- Employ GEOINT software tools including ENVI, ArcGIS, IrfanView, and Google Earth.
- Add location tags and references while correcting image distortions.

Essential Knowledge:
- Familiarity with cloud services, tape storage, and long-term data preservation.
- Understanding of the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense entities, and the U.S. Government security classification framework.
- Knowledge of GEOINT-related artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI/ML) technologies.
- Proficiency in Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software.
- Awareness of the silver recovery process from hardcopy film.
- Understanding of data transmission methods.

Qualifications:
- Must possess an active Top Security Clearance.

Applicants should meet the physical demands of the role, including the ability to lift and carry 25 pounds, reach overhead, stand for extended periods, escort vendors over considerable distances, and maneuver carts weighing over 45 pounds.

- Capability to work at elevated heights, bend, and kneel as necessary.
- Candidates must accurately differentiate colors across various film types and systems.
- Willingness to travel, including overnight trips, by air and car.
- Flexibility to work either first or second shift.
