We are in search of committed individuals to become part of our Pest Management and Termite Specialist teams. By becoming a part of our organization, you will benefit from over 40 years of industry expertise and play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and treatment solutions to homeowners throughout Alabama. Your application will be considered for positions in both areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct inspections and implement treatments
  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly route productivity
  • Act as a problem solver to determine the best solutions for each client's needs
  • Complete all necessary service-related documentation for each client, including payment processing
  • Establish and adhere to a scheduled route within an assigned area, ensuring safe and timely arrival to appointments
  • Communicate courteously with clients and team members
  • Operate pesticide application equipment such as sprayers, ladders, and backpack blowers in various weather conditions
  • Work a flexible schedule as needed to fulfill weekly responsibilities, including occasional weekend hours


Qualifications:

  • No prior experience is required; we will provide the training necessary for you to perform your duties expertly and confidently.
  • Must be capable of bending, kneeling, walking, and crawling for extended periods.
  • One to three years of experience in pest management is preferred.
  • Physically able to utilize a hammer drill for concrete drilling, trenching tools for digging around homes, and operate both gas and manual augers.
  • Excellent customer service skills are essential.
  • Ability to access crawlspaces for inspection purposes.
  • Must thrive in a role with minimal direct supervision.
  • A valid identification and a clean driving record are required.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Willingness to work overtime if necessary.
