- Ensure Compliance and Quality: Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 standards, quality control protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage Site Security and Maintenance: Oversee site security, maintenance, and housekeeping, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
- Lead Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Collaborate with the Plant Manager to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
- Train and Develop Team Members: Provide guidance, coaching, and training to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Education and Experience: Associate degree or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree or advanced technical training preferred in a relevant field.
- Supervisory Experience: Minimum three years of supervisory experience in a light manufacturing environment, with a background in production, quality control, and maintenance.
- Technical Skills: Working knowledge of regulatory compliance, PLC's, electronic controls, and equipment operations and maintenance.
- Leadership and Communication Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage teams, communicate effectively, and make sound judgments in emergency situations.
