Soliant, a leading provider of healthcare staffing solutions, is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join one of its partner school districts in Alabama.

Estimated Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year

This dynamic opportunity offers the chance to work with students who require speech and language services, evaluate and diagnose communication disorders, and develop tailored treatment plans.

Job Description:

As an SLP with Soliant, you will provide expert care to students with varying levels of need. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify areas for improvement
  • Developing personalized treatment plans to address individual student needs
  • Delivering high-quality speech and language therapy sessions in both individual and group settings
  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure cohesive support for each student
  • Maintaining accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A valid Alabama Speech-Language Pathology license or equivalent
  • Prior school-based experience is preferred but not mandatory
