**Job Overview:**

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a school district in Alabama. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' lives by providing essential behavioral support and guidance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for students.
  • Provide direct support to students and collaborate with teachers and staff to implement behavior intervention strategies.
  • Train and support school staff and families in effective behavior management techniques.
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.

**Requirements:**

  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA).
  • Alabama licensure or certification as a BCBA.
