Our team of over 150 specialized nurses is committed to delivering exceptional care to infants, children, and adolescents facing congenital or acquired heart diseases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients, interpreting clinical data to inform nursing diagnoses.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
  • Administer nursing and medical interventions safely and effectively, monitoring for patient responses and potential complications.
  • Educate patients and families on self-care strategies and illness prevention, tailoring information to meet diverse learning needs.
  • Engage in continuous professional development, maintaining current knowledge in pediatric nursing practices and certifications.

Qualifications

Applicants must possess a valid California RN License and have completed an accredited nursing program. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred, along with relevant experience in pediatric critical care or related fields.
