  • Collaborate with the development team and customers to set up and manage file transfers using Connect Direct protocol.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to file transfers and configuration validation.
  • Help customers replace file transfer processes and set up new configurations.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Connect Direct and IBM Connect Direct.
  • Worked in a regulated industry with enterprise experience.
  • Couple years of experience with administrating Connect Direct.

Interview Process:

  • Technical interview with the team lead.
  • Hiring manager meeting with the candidate.

Additional Information:

  • Background check and drug screen required.
