We are seeking an experienced Inventory Management Specialist to join our team at DCX-CHOL Enterprises, Inc.

Job Overview

The ELECSYS Division is looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to manage our stockroom operations. As an Inventory Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate records, counting materials, and reporting discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining and updating inventory records in a timely and accurate manner
  • Counting and verifying the quantity of materials, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock
  • Reporting any discrepancies between physical counts and computer records to management
  • Developing and implementing efficient inventory management procedures
  • Receiving, storing, and distributing supplies, equipment, or merchandise as needed
  • Processing requests from management for expediting kits and organizing the stockroom effectively
  • Conducting regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
Requirements
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Able to solve problems quickly and accurately, with minimal supervision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to read and write English fluently
  • Literacy in computer operating systems and applications, such as Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, etc.
  • Competent in daily tasks to meet job duties, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Inventory experience and knowledge required, with a proven track record of success in managing inventory operations
  • Ability to prioritize work responsibilities, with a high level of self-motivation and a results-driven approach
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off, we also provide opportunities for professional growth and development.

Work Environment

This position operates in a professional office environment, with routine use of standard office equipment, such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax and scanning machines.

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This includes good mobility, the ability to move between facilities and within facilities, and the physical capability to routinely bend to lift and move items up to 50 pounds.
