About the Role:

The Route Sales Representative is a full-time position responsible for delivering, selling, and merchandising Frito-Lay's complete line of products to local stores. As a Route Sales Representative, you will drive a Frito-Lay truck to different stores, work independently to unload orders, merchandise product, partner with store managers to increase sales, order, and maintain records throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and sell Frito-Lay products to local stores
  • Unload orders and merchandise product
  • Partner with store managers to increase sales
  • Order and maintain records throughout the day

What You'll Gain:

  • Four to six weeks of dedicated driving and selling training
  • Experience running routes for team members and meeting new customers
  • Opportunity to grow sales on the route by building relationships and completing national initiatives
  • A route with set days off/schedule with time

Requirements:

  • Be 21 years of age or older
  • Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain any additional licenses or endorsements required by your state
  • Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation
  • Pass a Department of Transportation physical and certification
