  • Build and maintain relationships with major donors, corporate partners, and foundation representatives to advance our mission and secure significant funding.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement fundraising campaigns, events, and stewardship programs.
  • Manage and analyze data to track progress, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our organization's mission, programs, and services to effectively communicate our impact and value proposition to donors.
  • Stay up-to-date on best practices in major gifts fundraising, donor engagement, and stewardship to ensure our team is equipped to succeed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in individual fundraising, with a track record of closing major gifts in education, human services, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with donors, corporate partners, and foundation representatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage and analyze data, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate our mission, programs, and services to donors and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
