Key Responsibilities
  • To provide direct and indirect patient care in the emergency department, utilizing initiative, flexibility, and responsibility to meet the needs of patients with varying physical and psychosocial requirements.
  • To prioritize care based on patient need, ensuring timely and effective management of emergencies.
  • To communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • To maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to hospital policies and regulations.
  • To stay current with clinical developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance patient outcomes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A current state licensed Registered Nurse Licensure.
  • Two or more years of recent critical care or ED experience, with a preference for those holding a certification in critical care or emergency nursing.
  • The ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • An empathetic and patient-centered approach, fostering strong relationships with patients and their families.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

We offer a competitive salary, estimated at $85,000 - $115,000 annually, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement planning, and paid time off.
