About Our Facility
Winfield Senior Living Community is a unique and supportive environment where we strive to create a sense of belonging among our residents. We are seeking NIGHT & DAY SHIFT Full Time, Part Time, and PRN C.N.A.s to join our team as Healthcare Support Specialists. In this role, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare staff and under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN), providing routine patient care to promote patient comfort and contribute to the overall patient plan of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living.
- Check resident vital signs and weight.
- Provide residents with quality personal hygiene.
- Answer resident call lights in a timely manner.
- Report resident changes in condition to nursing supervisor.
Essential Qualifications:
- Valid and active state-issued C.N.A. certification.
- Current first aid/CPR certification.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
