Job Overview

Position Title: Culinary Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Culinary Specialist to contribute to our kitchen operations. In this role, you will be tasked with preparing a diverse range of dishes in accordance with established production standards and recipes. You will rotate through various cooking stations, including grilling, frying, and salad preparation. Candidates with experience in fast-paced food environments are highly encouraged to apply. If you possess the capability to interpret and execute recipes, your skills will be fully utilized.

Essential Skills
  • Expertise in cooking and preparing a wide array of food items
  • Setting up cooking stations with necessary ingredients and tools
  • Measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, and preparing food ingredients
  • Proficiently using kitchen utensils, including knives
  • Operating kitchen equipment such as ovens, stoves, slicers, and mixers
  • Employing various cooking techniques including baking, roasting, broiling, and steaming
  • Presenting, garnishing, and portioning dishes
  • Complying with food safety regulations and protocols
  • Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and utensils
Interpersonal Skills
  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • Exhibiting a positive attitude towards guests, customers, and colleagues
Employment Type
