Job Overview

The Culinary Specialist will be responsible for preparing a diverse range of food items, including but not limited to burgers, salads, and fried dishes. The role involves restocking stations as necessary and utilizing candidates with fast food experience. Individuals who can interpret and execute recipes independently will also be engaged in this capacity. The essential functions and responsibilities may vary based on operational needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cooking: Prepare meals in accordance with production guidelines and standardized recipes.
  • Workstation Setup: Organize the workstation with required ingredients and equipment.
  • Ingredient Preparation: Measure, weigh, mix, chop, trim, and peel food items as needed.
  • Utensil Safety: Use various utensils, including knives, safely and effectively.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, stoves, slicers, and mixers.
  • Cooking Techniques: Employ various cooking methods including baking, roasting, broiling, and steaming.
  • Food Presentation: Arrange, garnish, and portion food according to established guidelines.
  • Food Storage: Store food properly in compliance with food safety policies.
  • Sanitation: Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils regularly.
