At Omega Enterprises, we are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As an IT Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the expansion and maintenance of our existing IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expand and maintain the existing IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Administer and maintain server environments, applications, and client operating systems to ensure seamless operation.
- Independently handle support cases in second and third levels, providing timely and effective solutions to technical issues.
- Prepare key figures for process analysis and reporting to inform business decisions.
- Implement diverse and exciting IT projects in collaboration with internal departments to drive business growth.
- Develop and maintain documentation and work instructions to ensure knowledge sharing and consistency.
- Plan, install, and support virus protection and firewall systems to ensure data security and integrity.
- Advanced administration of user accounts, computers, group policies, and access rights in Microsoft Active Directory to ensure secure and efficient access management.
Requirements:
- Successfully completed training in the field of IT specialist (system integration), a completed degree with a corresponding focus in the IT sector, or IT career changers with professional experience.
- Good understanding in the areas of IT infrastructure and IT administration.
- Sound administration and problem-solving skills to ensure effective issue resolution.
