The ideal candidate will efficiently handle customer issues, prevent losses related to electronic services, and ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and review daily transactions, including ACH, ACH Origination, ATM/Debit Card disputes, Home Banking Bill Payments, Micro Deposits, and Person to Person Transfers.
  • Conduct investigations on questionable account activity, process fraud claims, and interact with staff, members, and other financial institutions as necessary.
  • Follow established credit union policies and procedures, meeting audit standards.
Requirements
  • Two to five years of related work experience in Central Operations, Deposit Operations, or Branch Operations.
  • Strong reading and math skills, with the ability to write routine reports and interpret data.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with knowledge of Symitar preferred.
Work Environment

The Electronic Services Specialist will work primarily in an indoor office setting with a quiet to moderate noise level. Occasional travel to a branch may be required.

Physical Demands

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, with specific vision abilities required for close vision. Regular talking or hearing, standing, walking, and use of hands and arms are also required.
