Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Compliance Consultant to join our team at Wolf & Company, P.C. as a key member of our Compliance Consulting team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and execute the regulatory compliance audit process to ensure adherence to established audit procedures.
  • Develop and implement a risk-based compliance audit plan, including scope determination, audit planning memos, and reports.
  • Plan, schedule, and conduct audits to ensure all activities conform to established audit procedures.
  • Review compliance-related policies and procedures for compliance with regulatory requirements and sound practices.
  • Prepare detailed reports of violations to federal and/or state regulations and other compliance audit findings, presenting any irregularities or exceptions to Senior Management and/or the Audit Committee.
  • Make recommendations for corrective action and review responses from the auditee for audit reports to determine whether appropriate action has been taken.
  • Analyze audit programs for effectiveness, recommending changes and improvements as appropriate.
  • Maintain appropriate records and provide assigned reports.
  • Monitor and report bank compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations, including:

    • Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act
    • Equal Credit Opportunity Act
    • Fair Housing Act
    • Home Mortgage Disclosure Act

Requirements
  • Current and/or recent experience in risk management or bank compliance, including a minimum of 3 years in the banking industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet challenging client requirements.
  • Ability and willingness to travel.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws. In addition to base pay, you may be eligible to participate in our performance-based incentive compensation or sales commission plans. In addition, Wolf offers a wide range of benefits, including spot awards, 401(k) savings, flexible work, and a generous total rewards and benefits package.
