We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Adventist Health Howard Memorial in Willits, CA.

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of $48.16 - $66.05 per hour.

As an Occupational Therapist with our organization, you will have the opportunity to work with patients who require rehabilitation and treatment for physical, social, and mental impairments. You will design and implement individualized treatment plans that promote patient independence and functionality.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating patients' needs and developing comprehensive treatment plans
  • Conducting regular assessments to monitor patient progress and adjusting treatment plans accordingly
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to provide seamless care and support
  • Supervising assistants and providing guidance and training as needed

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong foundation in occupational therapy principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy is required; a Master's or Doctorate degree is preferred.
