We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Adventist Health Howard Memorial in Willits, California. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in the rehabilitation and recovery of our patients.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, with a Master's or Doctorate Degree preferred. Two years of Physical Therapy experience is also desired. The successful candidate will be licensed to practice Physical Therapy in the state of California and hold certification in CPR or Basic Life Support.

You will be responsible for conducting evaluations, establishing individualized treatment plans, and providing therapy interventions using appropriate treatment protocols and techniques. Your attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively will ensure that our patients receive the highest quality care.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients to identify areas requiring attention and establish individualized treatment plans
  • Provide therapy interventions using appropriate treatment protocols and techniques
  • Establish individualized care and discharge plans and communicate them to relevant parties
  • Complete comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation within established deadlines
  • Supervise assigned assistants
