Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Database Support Specialist to join our team at the Nederlander Organization, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing database, record keeping, and reporting support to our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide database maintenance, including editing, adding, and removing data
  • Create and pull various data reports
  • Support the build, organization, and ongoing maintenance of our Salesforce environment
  • Lead Google Tag Manager processes, including pixel and tagging setup
  • Maintain reports in Tableau, including data sources and weekly QA review
Requirements
  • Ability to interpret and analyze data
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
Preferred Qualifications
  • Platform experience in Salesforce, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Tableau, AWS, and Snowflake
Working Conditions

The main office is centrally located in the Theatre District. Working hours are Monday – Friday from 9am – 5pm. A computer will be provided, and the position is 4 days in-office, 1 day remote. A standard company confidentiality agreement/NDA is required.

Physical Requirements

The employee is regularly required to have visual acuity, talk, and hear while communicating with executives and other staff members. This position requires sitting, standing, bending, and walking. The employee may occasionally be asked to lift and/or move items up to 10 pounds.
