Job Overview

This role is a key position in the Finance Department, responsible for leading systems implementations and managing databases. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in database administration, automation, and project management.

Key Responsibilities
    • Lead systems implementations and manage databases to ensure data integrity and controls.
    • Work closely with data professionals and organization employees to store, organize, and update important data.
    • Design and develop databases and automated reports to achieve process improvements.
    • Engage in enterprise-wide process monitoring and improvement.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements
    • Strong knowledge of database design, development, and report writing.
    • Ability to work with data architects and other IT specialists to set up, maintain, and monitor data networks.
    • Experience with SQL and data governance best practices.
    • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems, or other relevant discipline.
    • Three to five years of IT experience in roles such as Database Administrator, IT Support Specialist, or Data Analyst.
