About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team at Latitude Therapy's Early Intervention ABA Clinic. As an ABA Therapist, you will work closely with children with Autism ages 2 to 6, applying behavior analysis principles with a focus on Natural Environment Training (NET) based goals to address target behaviors and promote skill acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct Client Interaction: Work closely with children, implementing behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), ensuring fidelity and consistency in application to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Implementation of Behavior Plans: Execute behavior intervention plans, accurately recording and maintaining detailed data on client progress and behavior responses during sessions.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, including BCBAs, other disciplines, and families, to ensure a comprehensive and integrated approach to client care.

Work Setting

This is a full-time opportunity working in a clinic setting, Monday to Friday, 8AM-5PM. Latitude Therapy is dedicated to providing high-quality ABA therapy while increasing access to care utilizing innovative programs and technology.
