About the Role

We are currently seeking a Project Director - Facilities Management to join our team at SummitHR. As a key member of our facilities management department, you will be responsible for leading the planning, design, and execution of construction projects from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a strong background in managing multiple design and construction projects within a large capital improvement program. A bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, urban planning, or a related field is required, and relevant certifications such as LEED or CHPS are highly valued.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing effective risk management strategies, managing budgets and schedules, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and providing leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams.

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $150,000 to $200,000 per year, depending on experience, along with comprehensive benefits packages, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
