Position Overview

At Black Angus Steakhouse, we pride ourselves on creating exceptional dining experiences where dedication and hard work are recognized and rewarded.

Founded in 1964 by rancher Stuart Anderson, our establishment is rooted in the love of simple, yet flavorful ranch-style cooking. We are committed to serving our guests with quality meals and memorable moments across six western states.

We are currently seeking Front Desk Hosts/Hostesses who excel in delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Exhibit a warm, welcoming, and enthusiastic demeanor both in person and over the phone.
  • Address guest complaints or issues with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow team members, including servers and kitchen/bar staff, in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with both guests and team members.
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of service.
  • Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for both guests and employees.
  • Perform all duties with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Demonstrate a passion for working in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.

Availability: Must be available on all holidays.
