Little Caesars Assistant Manager

The Little Caesars Assistant Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the success of our restaurants by supervising colleagues, maintaining customer satisfaction, and driving profitability during their shift. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for motivating and directing colleagues to work efficiently at their assigned stations and following up to ensure tasks are completed on time according to Little Caesars procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve customers correct, complete orders within service time goals, adhering to the Customer Service Standards, Priority Guidelines, telephone and front counter station procedures, and the Remedy Process.
- Prepare and ensure consistent, high-quality products are served to customers as described in the Little Caesars Orientation and Training Handbook and as shown on the job station helpers.
- Display the proper image and follow Little Caesars policies, procedures, and standards for conduct as outlined in the Little Caesars Orientation and Training Handbook.
- Clean and organize workstations and maintain the restaurant's image as directed by management and required by the local health department.
- Perform cash management responsibilities and ensure compliance by colleagues to all safety and security procedures defined in the Little Caesars Orientation and Training Handbook and any other safety and security procedures issued.
- Provide direction and feedback to colleagues and follow up with coaching/counseling to ensure job duties are performed and all Little Caesar standards, procedures, and policies are achieved.
- Monitor shift activities to ensure compliance with food, paper, labor, and utility cost controls.
- Complete all daily paperwork neatly and accurately as described by the Operational Resource Guide (ORG) or as directed by management.
- FOLLOW ALL PROCEDURES ASSOCIATED WITH OPENING AND CLOSING THE RESTAURANT, APPROPRIATELY HANDLE UNEXPECTED OCCURRENCES, AND NOTIFY APPROPRIATE PARTIES IN A TIMELY FASHION.
The Assistant Manager receives direction and training from the Restaurant Manager and Co-Manager, the Assistant Manager 4-week Training Plan, and other Little Caesars training materials and classes. You will be responsible for supervising other colleagues and providing adult supervision to colleagues less than 18 years old. During each shift, you will motivate, direct, and coach colleagues to work proficiently at their assigned stations and then follow up to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner according to Little Caesars procedures.
Essential Functions:- Lift and move up to 55 pounds.
- Reach and move items from as high as six feet and as low as six inches off the ground.
- Control and utilize equipment safely and correctly; i.e., the sheeter machine, vertical cutting mixer, sauce ladle, cheese cups, pan grippers, spatula, pizza and dough cutter, different types of knives, can opener, pastry brush, scales, microwave, telephone, cash register, etc.
- Shakerboard by working outside holding a sign (must be 18 years or over).
- Apply pressure to cut through and clean products.
- Count, separate, and weight all types of food products and inventory items.
- Communicate to customers and coworkers (reading, speaking, hearing, writing, etc.).
- Understand direction, instructions, and product specifications.
- Process and complete customer orders.
- Comprehend all training materials and practice standard operating procedures.
- Successfully pass required training programs for certification.
- Use mathematical skills to compute sales totals, percentages, inventory usage, food orders, employee work schedules, cash handling results, and projected business needs.
- Legally drive an automobile adhering to all state and local traffic laws.
- Supervise a number of people at the same time and motivate them to meet goals, duties, and deadlines.
To be successful in this role, you must have previous experience in restaurants, retail, or a position involving customer contact. You should be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and basic math skills. Additionally, you should have excellent verbal communication and interpersonal relations skills, be dependable, hardworking, and able to work under pressure and in stressful situations. A valid driver's license from the state of residence is also required, along with a reliable vehicle and auto insurance as a primary to complete daily banking and other responsibilities as directed by the manager or area supervisor.
We offer competitive compensation, including an estimated salary range of $$$50,000-$60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
