As a Physical Therapy Assistant with BAYADA Home Health Care, you will work closely with our team of licensed Physical Therapists to provide high-quality care to our clients in Larimer and Weld Counties.

  • Primary coverage area: Fort Collins
  • Orientation will be a comprehensive week, Monday through Friday, on-site.

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • Current licensure or certification in the state of Colorado
  • Graduation from a two-year college-level program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association, or
  • Two years of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant and a satisfactory grade on a proficiency exam conducted by the U.S. Public Health Service
  • At least one year's work experience under the supervision of a qualified Physical Therapist

BAYADA Home Health Care offers a competitive compensation package, including a base pay rate of $40.00 - $43.00 per point/visit, as well as mileage reimbursement and a range of benefits.
