Your Role as a Lead Automotive Technician:
- Conduct comprehensive system diagnostics and thorough automotive troubleshooting.
- Perform road tests on vehicles to confirm the quality of repairs.
- Engage directly with service advisors to update them on service progress and estimated completion times, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Continuously enhance your technical knowledge through formal training sessions to keep pace with evolving automotive technologies.
- Maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
- Execute additional responsibilities as directed by management.
Essential Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license.
Mandatory Certifications:
- ASE Master Certification is required.
