Job Title:

Pyschiatric Medicine Executive

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Psychiatrist to lead our psychiatric program, leveraging expertise in telepsychiatry and administration. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and vision to drive growth and expand our services.

Salary:

$250,000 - $300,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Leadership (40%):
    • Lead efforts to grow and broaden the reach of our psychiatric services.
    • Develop and manage a robust outcomes monitoring system to enhance patient care.
    • Improve patient outcomes through evidence-based practice implementation.
    • Direct a peer-review program to ensure high standards of care.
    • Supervise Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Clinical Service (60%):
    • Provide top-tier psychiatric care, leveraging your expertise in telepsychiatry and in-person consultations.
    • Engage directly with patients, diagnosing and managing psychiatric conditions.
    • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.
Qualifications:
  • Board Eligibility/Certification: Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry.
  • Telepsychiatry & Administration: Demonstrated experience in telepsychiatry and psychiatric program administration is required.
  • Location: Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Greenville, NC area.
