About the Position

This senior marketing operations manager position plays a critical role in managing the analytics aspects of the Strategy and Analytics team at Spectrum Reach, an advertising sales business. The ideal candidate will oversee key responsibilities including proposing marketing/research initiatives, improving analytical procedures, and driving innovation across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Optimization: Develop and implement process optimization strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Innovation and Automation: Drive innovation and automation efforts within the MR&I team and for cross-functional teams to improve productivity and reduce costs.
  • Research Thought Leadership: Ideate and execute research thought leadership pieces positioning Spectrum Reach as an innovator in the advertising industry.
Requirements:
  • Tech Expertise: Strong technical understanding of analytics, advertising technologies, and product development processes.
  • Data Storytelling: Mastery of data storytelling to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaboration with cross-functional groups to develop communication plans is vital.
Technical Skills:
  • Media Math expertise
  • Microsoft Excel mastery
  • SQL experience
  • Python skills (a plus)
Experience:
  • 5+ years in integrated marketing, agency, media, or ad sales
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business or equivalent work experience
Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $125,000 - $155,000 based on location and industry standards.
