Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Engineer to join our team at Marmon Holdings, Inc. as a key member of our Engineering department. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining design and manufacturing routing information within our company's ERP system for Power Cable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engineering Change Request Management: Manage the Engineering Change Request (ECR) system to ensure seamless implementation of changes.
  • Design and Manufacturing Support: Complete approved Engineering Change Requests within the ERP System, including new part setups and modifications to existing parts.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement in loading and formatting ERP System routers, and implement best practices for job-related systems and processes.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support related to product information to Commercial teams.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: 2 or 4-year degree required, or equivalent related experience.
  • Technical Skills: Microsoft Office skills (Word and Excel minimum), excellent oral and written communication skills, and working knowledge of LEAN manufacturing.
  • Software Proficiency: AutoCAD (or other Computer Aided Drafting software) skills a plus.
Working Conditions
  • Extended Hours: Requires extended hours working on a computer.
