  • Project Planning and Coordination
    • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure project goals are met.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Technical Expertise
    • Provide technical support to sales staff during the quoting process.
    • Interpret customer requests, specifications, and drawings to ensure accurate project execution.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management
    • Act as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
    • Communicate project status, progress, and any issues or concerns to stakeholders in a timely and transparent manner.
  • Quality and Risk Management
    • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical project management or a related field.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong knowledge of electrical wiring, components, and schematics.
    • Experience with electrical distribution and controls or automation.
    • Switchgear application experience with low and medium voltage.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
