Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Sous Chef to lead our culinary team at Oak View Group's Angel Of The Winds Arena. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in supervision, excellent leadership skills, and a strong understanding of food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Supervise the BOH setup of restaurant functions, suites & premium area as well as catering.
  2. Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.
  3. Ensure that location equipment is operable and clean prior to start of event.
