Job Summary

State Farm Insurance is seeking a skilled Customer Relations Representative to provide exceptional customer service and support to our policyholders. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their insurance needs, answering inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and empathetic manner. You will also be responsible for processing policy changes, claims, and payments accurately and efficiently, while maintaining customer records and updating information as necessary. Additionally, you will collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences and promote and cross-sell insurance products and services to meet customer needs. Key Responsibilities

Assist customers with their insurance needs and provide exceptional customer service

Answer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and empathetic manner

Process policy changes, claims, and payments accurately and efficiently

Maintain customer records and update information as necessary

Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences

Promote and cross-sell insurance products and services to meet customer needs

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required

1-2 years of customer service experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
