Job Overview

This contract is for 13 weeks, working 40 hours per week on an 8-hour day shift. The start date for this position is anticipated to be November 11th, but this may be adjusted based on the needs of the facility and the candidate.

Estimated Salary Range

We estimate the gross weekly pay for this position to be around $2570.11, resulting in an estimated annual salary of approximately $134,000.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have expertise in case management, specializing in healthcare settings. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate patient care, ensure effective communication among healthcare professionals, and develop individualized plans to meet the patient's needs.
