Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in daily LEAN meetings and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives.
  • Adhere to Quality Control assembly checklists to assemble sub-assemblies and machinery.
  • Ensure correct component placement using appropriate sealants and torque specifications.
  • Operate forklifts for material handling after completing required training.
  • Utilize hoists and lift tables following training completion.
  • Comply with all Personal Protection Procedures and Safety Requirements.
  • Follow OSHA and company safety protocols diligently.

Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of electrical principles and the ability to read and interpret schematics and circuits.
  • Experience in mechanical assembly or repair.

  • Moderate skills in troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical and electrical components.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Possession of a one-year certificate from a technical school and one year of relevant experience, or two to five years of related experience.
  • Ability to interpret safety regulations and operational instructions.
  • Effective communication skills with colleagues, engineering teams, and supervisors.
  • Basic mathematical skills for measurements and calculations.
  • Valid driver's license, subject to verification by company insurance.
