Key Responsibilities
  • Sell trust products and services to individuals, focusing on fiduciary solutions.
  • Cultivate existing relationships and identify new business opportunities through prospect research and analysis.
  • Develop and present customized financial solutions to clients, leveraging expertise in estate planning, investment management, and security custody.
  • Collaborate with clients and their attorneys to determine appropriate estate tax strategies and provide guidance on inheritance, gift, income, and estate taxes.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of trust-oriented services, including personal trusts, living trusts, wills, and financial consulting.
  • Initiate and follow through on requests for loan, checking, or savings account services, ensuring seamless client experiences.
  • Develop a deep understanding of individual client situations to provide tailored solutions and drive sales growth.
  • Cross-sell relationship improvement opportunities to existing clients, providing relevant updates and insights to partners within the bank.
  • Set personal sales goals with managers, leveraging sales history and product knowledge to drive success.
Requirements
  • 7-15 years of experience in trust sales or trust relationship management.
  • Knowledge of fiduciary products and services, including fee structures and documentation.
  • Strong analytical and sales skills, with the ability to relate individual customer asset situations to specific products.
  • Interactive skills, with the ability to comprehend prospect needs and respond with appropriate solutions.
