About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Russell Stover Chocolates. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and repair work on complex equipment and systems.
  • Inspect and analyze equipment to identify potential issues and implement preventative maintenance measures.
  • Operate and maintain a variety of tools and equipment, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a maintenance or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents.
  • Experience with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Knowledge of OSHA and HAZCOM regulations.
