**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for each customer.
  • Generate sales by effectively communicating product information and features to customers.
  • Support the management team in maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing store environment.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and returns.
  • Assist customers with printing, copying, and binding projects, as well as provide information on products and services.
  • Coordinate with the print specialist to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Balance end-of-day drawers and maintain accurate inventory levels.

**Requirements:**

  • Strong written and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to lift at least 60 pounds and stand for up to 8-10 hours a shift.
  • Availability to work 3-5 days a week, including one night closing until 6:00 PM, and every other weekend.

**Work Schedule:**

Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Saturday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Sunday: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM
