Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to a high-level Vice President. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong ability to maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Vice President, including answering phones, scheduling meetings, and taking minutes.
  • Ensure adequate office supply inventory and assist with department timekeeping.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and other duties or projects as needed.
  • Enter data into a database, provide summary reports, and add fields as necessary.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments, and transcribe minutes of meetings.
  • Answer, screen, and initiate phone calls, rerouting inquiries for the department.
  • Coordinate gathering of input, documents, etc. from single sources for reports and presentations.
  • Serve as liaison for the VP.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Education: Associate Degree
  • Technical Requirements: Intermediate Word, Excel, and Outlook skills, Min. 45 wpm keyboarding/typing speed
  • Years of Experience: 1-3 yrs. Related work experience
