Leadership Role in Landscape Management

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Landscape Crew Leader to join our team at Abbruzzese Brothers Inc. in Central Ohio.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality results. As a Landscape Crew Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of landscape professionals, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of landscape professionals in completing daily tasks and projects
  • Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure that all necessary tools are available
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure satisfaction and productivity
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of hours worked, equipment usage, and crew performance
  • Assist in planning and executing large-scale landscape projects

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in landscape management or a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret landscape designs and maps
  • Valid Ohio driver's license
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor and work in a fast-paced environment

Benefits:
