Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Development: Formulates and executes plans to meet customer demands through a comprehensive range of mortgage products and services.
  • Operational Coordination: Utilizes discretion to maintain a seamless flow of business operations.
  • Effective Communication: Engages clearly and professionally with colleagues and clients, serving as a vital link between customers and internal departments to ensure smooth business transactions.
  • Office Equipment Usage: Proficiently operates standard office equipment including computers, copiers, and fax machines.
  • Physical Requirements: Capable of sitting and standing for extended periods. Must have normal hearing and vision capabilities. A significant portion of work hours will be spent outside of the office environment, engaging with clients and potential clients.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Compiles and verifies mortgage loan application information.
  • Advises clients on their home loan options.
  • Reviews loan application files to ensure completeness and compliance with established standards.
  • Reports any discrepancies in title or survey to the supervisor.
  • Performs other related tasks as assigned.
  • Maintains a current and valid NMLS license in good standing.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of applicable state licensing is required.
  • Seeking newly licensed loan originators eager to join a team focused on growth and development.
  • Completion of Xinnix Training for Loan Origination and required compliance training is mandatory.

Essential Skills:

  • Ability to make informed decisions regarding service, credit, funding, and post-closing matters.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise independent judgment while demonstrating initiative.
  • Capability to manage detailed tasks while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational skills necessary for prioritizing tasks and delegating responsibilities effectively.

Compensation:

Minimum: USD $0.00/Yr.
Maximum: USD $250,000.00/Yr.
