About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Supervisor to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for executing warehouse operations in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze stock inaccuracies to ensure accurate stock alignment between SAP and the warehouse management system.
  • Work with service providers to ensure timely delivery of trading partners, adhering to quality and HACCP guidelines.
  • Monitor inbound, outbound, co-packing, warehousing, and distribution activities to ensure shelf-life monitoring and management.
  • Conduct project-related and ad-hoc tasks, including continuous improvement projects and tenders.
  • Build and provide full-cost analysis, risks, and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Experience with Microsoft applications, especially Excel.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Good knowledge of ERP, preferably SAP R3.
  • Experience in logistics operations, procurement, or supply chain functions is an asset.
