A distinguished organization, Request Technology, LLC, is seeking a Financial Systems Administrator. This role entails overseeing and managing the financial systems utilized by the firm, specifically focusing on Elite Enterprise or Elite 3E. The successful candidate will lead a team of over five financial system analysts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a team of business analysts responsible for the operational management of financial systems, including data integrity verification, month-end processing, system configurations, and tier 1 and 2 application support.
  • Direct the resolution of issues, ensuring thorough documentation and evaluation of enhancement requests.
  • Establish and implement best practices for the support of Financial Systems and associated Business Intelligence solutions.
  • Assist Finance personnel in managing requests for financial system data and reports.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the interrelations between financial system modules, integrations, and other related systems to ensure their integrity amidst changes.
  • Collaborate with various Finance departments to evaluate application security, enhancement requirements, and process improvements.
  • Work in partnership with Finance and IT teams to strategize and execute financial systems initiatives on a global scale.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including the oversight of statements of work, onboarding of consulting resources, and invoice processing.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, providing insights on budget versus actual performance.
  • Utilize project management expertise to lead diverse financial system projects, ensuring adherence to scope and budget while fulfilling business requirements.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 10 years of practical experience with large-scale financial management systems, preferably with Elite Enterprise or Elite 3E, along with a solid understanding of the law firm or professional services sector.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role, demonstrating a proven ability to lead and develop a team.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of finance business process cycles is essential, along with strong accounting skills and familiarity with accounting principles and terminology.
  • Expertise in SQL query logic, relational databases, and report writing is required, including a solid understanding of reporting methodologies and best practices for data presentation.
